WellBeing Fitness is led by founder and owner Scott Cassa. A fitness trainer for over eighteen years, Scott has developed a whole life model for programming that can assist anyone in building a lifestyle fueled by good health, and aim high for personal achievements.  Each client is viewed as an individual; with individual goals, interests, health histories, and fitness levels. This approach is key to maximizing long-term success with lifelong results.
