Studio Information and Policies:
Group Class Registration - Sign up by using the drop-down calendar on the Group Class Page. Please note we have two locations Groton and Westford, MA along with Online class options. Walk-ins are welcome as long as there is an open spot in the class. Please always check the online class schedule before heading to the studio to be sure the class is running. All sales are final on class passes.
Arrival and Parking - Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class of training session. Classes and fitness sessions will begin on time, and arriving past the start of class time may result in a missed class. Parking for the Westford location is in our main parking lot at 203 B Littleton Road, Westford, MA 01886. Parking for the Groton location is available in front of the building along 134 Main Street, to the back of the studio with limited spaces, and overflow parking across the street at the Prescott Building.
What Should I Bring to a Group Class? - Please bring a mat and water bottle, however, we have mats and water to share should you need them. We also have all the props you may need like blankets, blocks, and more, but feel free to bring your own if you choose. We have an area of cubbies and hangers in our studio lobby to place belongings and shoes.
What Should I Wear? - Please dress in any way that feels most comfortable for you to move and feel relaxed.
Class Pass Expirations - Group Class, Health Coaching, and Fitness Training Packages each have expiration dates based on the number of classes in a pass, and requests for extensions can be made along with the purchase of a new package for group classes only. All sales are final for class passes and fitness training.
What if I have to cancel my fitness or wellness appointment? 24-hour Cancellation is required for all personal fitness and wellness appointments. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your session will result in the loss of a session from your package.
What if I need to cancel a group class registration? Class registrations can be canceled by logging into your account up to two hours before class time. If you can not attend class and do not cancel your registration you will be charged for the spot in class.
Yoga studio door locking policy: All group classes will begin on time. Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. A late arrival could result in a missed class and the loss of a class from your class count.

Waivers - Client Waiver of Liability must be signed and on file for each participant.
Age Requirements: Regular weekly classes are for ages 15 and over. Teen and Tween Programs are for ages 11 and over.
Weather Cancellations: During winter months any weather-related class cancellations will be made via auto message to clients by either email or text based on how each client set up their account to receive class confirmations.
