WellBeing Westford

Our Westford Studio is located in the Cornerstone Square Shopping Center in the heart of Westford, MA. Easily accessible off of Rt. 495, and directly on Rt. 110 at 203 B Littleton Road, Westford, MA we are next door to Eastern Bank. The Westford studio is innovative and nonintimidating, a beautifully designed functional fitness and wellness space.

There is plenty of direct studio parking with accessible walkways at both entrances. If you are coming for a fitness session, please use the front door, if you are visiting the studio for yoga or group classes, use the side group room entrance.

As for amenities, this studio has two washrooms and one shower with complimentary water for private fitness participants.

WellBeing Groton

The WellBeing Groton location is at 134 Main Street, Groton, MA. We are directly next door to the historic Groton Inn and Fordge and Vine restaurant. Our entrance is at the back of the building.

Parking can be found along Main Street, or in the back of the building. Overflow parking can be found across the Prescott Community Center Municipal parking lot.
