CORPORATE CLUB

WellBeing Fitness is excited to offer our Corporate Club Training to local businesses in the area. Our Corporate Club clients will have the option to purchase weekly time slots during our Corporate Club Training classes for their employees.

Each class will be designed as a small group training with up to 8 participants which will focus on strength, conditioning, plyometrics and cardiovascular fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be given as needed.

The Corporate Club offers:

  • Flexible plans to purchase daily, weekly, or monthly seats in our trainings

  • Options to offer seats as incentives for your employees

  • Option to hold dedicated days and times for your staff to come as they please

ON SITE PROGRAMS

WellBeing Fitness offer a variety of fitness, nutrition, stress relief, stretching and flexibility, meditation and other wellness workshops and classes that can be brought to your company on-site. Our experienced staff can come into your office to present on a variety of topics based on your particular interest.  The programs can be incorporated into our Roadmap to Wellness program or a la carte based on a topic you are focused on.

Sample class offerings include:

  • The Office Stretch and Strengthen workshop – learn simple stretches and strength exercises you can do at your desk

  • The Business Travelers Workshop – how to stay active and eat healthy while on the road

  • Reading Food Labels and Ingredient Lists

  • Stress Relief and Meditation Workshop
