We proudly offer a full menu of class styles between our two studios including yoga, pilates, barre, and fitness. Classes are designed for all fitness levels looking to expand your physical, mental, and spiritual practices.  From beginners to advanced, our classes and special wellness events provide the perfect combination of motivation and relaxation your body needs.

We host, Public Group Class offerings, Private Instruction,

and schedule Parties and Private Groups by request.

What pass is right for me?

 

New To The Studio Trial Pass - 30 Days Unlimited for $60 

Single Class Drop-In - $25

5 Class Pass - $95 

10 Class Pass - $189 

20 Class Pass - $320

Unlimited Monthly Auto Pay Membership - $140  - the best option for those attending more than two classes per week.

Private Yoga - Now Booking( one hour individual, groups can be requested) 

Private Reiki - Now Booking ( 30 or 60 min Sessions Groton Studio only)

Special Population Discounts: Senior 65+/Full-time Student/ Military/Veteran/Teacher

Class Registration To-Dos

1. Sign up by using the drop-down calendar or the schedule button above.  If you are new to our studios you can start by selecting a class date or a class pass purchase. If you do not have an account with us it will first have you create an account, sign a participation waiver, and create a log-in.

2. Choose your first class to attend and purchase your pass.

Important: Please note we have two locations Groton and Westford, MA along with Online class options.  Make sure to check you have selected a class for the location you intended.

 

Walk-ins are welcome as long as there is an open spot in the class.

 

Registration cancellations must be two hours before class time. Please always check the online class schedule before heading to the studio. Classes will start on time. The studio door is closed once classes are in session. 

 All sales are final.
