We are thrilled to have the expertise of Krista Simon, MPT of Body and Sole Physical Therapy, available to our clients and the community on-site at our Westford studio.

​Krista Simon, PT, is the founder of Body and Sole Physical Therapy
Services and brings nearly 30 years of experience to the Well Being
Fitness community. She began her practice in NYC with a focus on
endurance athletes and active adults, and is known for her
integrative, whole-body approach to care.

Krista sees beyond a diagnosis or single body part-she considers how
sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and mindset all influence how we
heal, function, and feel. Her work goes beyond rehab, helping clients
build sustainable habits that support long-term strength, mobility,
and quality of life.

She is especially passionate about working with runners, active older
adults, and women in midlife. As a certified menopause coaching
specialist, Krista empowers clients to move well through every season
of life.

Krista’s approach to physical therapy is hands-on, collaborative, and
rooted in the belief that no two clients-or recoveries-are the same.
She works closely with each person to identify the true drivers of
pain or dysfunction, and treats the whole system, not just the
symptom. Her goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and get
back to doing what you love-with confidence.

Krista is excited to partner with the Well Being Fitness team to
provide  personalized, integrated care to clients to help them thrive
both inside and outside the gym.
