Tuesday: 6:30 PM Strength and Conditioning - Adult
Friday: 11:00 AM Student-Athlete Workout At Home ages 11-18
Saturday: 8:00 AM Boot Camp - Adult
*no equipment is needed for these classes
Single class online: $10
5 class pass online: $45

Returning clients can also use their current class packages towards an online offering. We are beyond grateful for your support during our studio closure and hope to see you online!

Private Personal Training Sessions may be booked by request for all ages - please CONTACT US to schedule a session
We will virtually train you in the comfort of your own home with whatever space and equipment you have. Our trainers are skilled at developing a program for you based on your goals and ability level. All you need is a little space, and access to a computer to use Zoom for your session. Contact us for more information!
6-Week Nutrition Program:
The Fuel Your Life Program will help you to reach your goals and maintain them by working with you to make small changes one step at a time in your daily routines, which will ultimately lead to a lifestyle change you can maintain.
