Fuel Your Life Nutrition Program 

The Fuel Your Life Program will help you to reach your goals and maintain them by working with you to make small changes one step at a time in your daily routines, that will ultimately lead to a lifestyle change you can maintain. We will provide you with education, support, motivation, guidance and direction and truly be on this journey by your side.

The Program Includes:
 

  • A 6-8 week program depending on how quickly you master your healthy habits

  • A weekly 30-minute phone call to check in with you about your progress, answer any questions you may have, and educate you on various nutritional topics

  • Educational information customized and sent to you

  • Suggested recipes and shopping lists for healthy dinners (3 per week) based on your food preferences

  • A list of healthy breakfast ideas

  • A list of healthy lunch ideas

  • A list of healthy snack ideas

  • Weekly healthy habits to start incorporating into your lifestyle

  • Access to a private Facebook page which will contain additional recipe ideas, fitness ideas, tips and other relevant information

  • Unlimited text/email support from your Coach
