STUDENT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING:

Join expert trainer and Olympic Level Athlete, Andrew Rich, for a performance enhancement, injury prevention, speed work and agility class for student athletes ages 11-15 and ages 16-19 looking to advance their skill. Class styles change up each week to keep it fun and interesting and work on different skills. 

4 Week Series - Ages 11-15

OUTDOOR SUMMER BOOTCAMP SERIES

We are so excited to offer another Summer Outdoor Bootcamp Series!!  This is a great safe way to return to fitness by enjoying an early morning workout in the great outdoors! All fitness levels are welcome as modifications and progressions can be given for any exercises.  The workouts will be of various styles but all full body strength and conditioning to tone muscles and burn fat and keep your spirits high! All outdoor safety protocols will be followed as directed by the state.

STRENGTH CARDIO CORE - 4 WEEK SERIES

Join us on the picnic green behind our studio in Cornerstone Square for this full body strength and conditioning class with trainer, Ron Rigazio.

 

Through strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and toning exercises, you'll get a full body workout each class in fun and different formats to keep you motivated. All levels welcome as modifications and progressions can be given when needed. 

4 WEEK SERIES

SESSION 2: August 3rd - August 26th

Two time offerings:

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 6:30 - 7:30 AM
