Fall Outdoor Programming

We are excited to offer more outdoor programming through the fall to help keep everyone safe and comfortable while continuing to enjoy the great outdoors! From Bootcamp to Youth Sports and Conditioning to a Physical Education option for our young students learning from home, there is something for everyone! Check out our offerings below ...

STUDENT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING:

Join expert trainer Andrew Rich, MS, for performance enhancement, injury prevention, speed work and agility class for student-athletes ages 11-19 looking to advance their skill or stay in shape in an off-season. Class styles change up each week to keep it fun and interesting and work on different skills. 

4 Week Series - Co-ed Ages 11-19 (ages will be divided based on interest)

3:00 - 3:45 PM

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays

Session 1: September 14th - October 9th

Session 2: October 12th - November 6th

$160 per session

NEW!!! FOR THE GIRLS

2 Week Series - Ages 11-19 (ages will be divided based on interest)

Wednesdays 3:00 - 3:45 PM

This new session meeting once per week will be for the girls only to build strength, agility, flexibility and confidence. It will focus on strength and conditioning exercises using bodyweight or minimal individual equipment (resistance bands) all while having fun!

Session 2: October 21st - October 28th

$40 per session

Max of 8 participants per class

FALL OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP SERIES

We'll be back at it this fall with another great bootcamp series! This is a great safe way to return to fitness by enjoying an early morning workout in the great outdoors! All fitness levels are welcome as modifications and progressions can be given for any exercises.  The workouts will be of various styles but all full body strength and conditioning to tone muscles and burn fat and keep your spirits high! All outdoor safety protocols will be followed as directed by the state.

6 WEEK SERIES

Tuesday and Thursdays

September 15th - October 22nd

6:15 - 7:00 AM (we may need to slightly adjust times by 15 minutes as it gets darker in the morning)

Remote Learning PM-PE! Physical Education Class

Join us for this great option for a physical education class for our youngest students looking to stay active during remote learning! This class will be for students ages 6-11 who are looking for a fun class through games and fun exercises to keep active and social while still following safety protocols (social distancing, no shared equipment).  This is a great option for those missing out on recess at school or gym class.

4 Week Series

Tuesday and Thursdays

Strength Cardio Core

Join us every Monday and Wednesday morning to kickstart your day with a great full body workout! Through strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and toning exercises, you'll get a great workout each class in fun and different formats to keep you motivated. All fitness levels welcome.

 

This class will be held outdoors in the green behind our studio in Cornerstone Square.  You can park at the studio and walk back.
